Ballroom classes begin when there are 6 couples
($120 per couiple, $65 per individual)
Any other activity not listed above
will be given individual consideration for the choreography of the routine.
There is a set choreography fee and the dancer must agree to at least 4 additional private dance classes.
These dance classes are by special appointment only and require a special sign-up form.
BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND: Hip-Hop classes
The Hip Hop Class at Miss Cindy's Dance Studio is intended to present Hip Hop in a positive way, using good taste. No vulgar moves or rude gestures will be taught as well as no distasteful music will be used. The music for the class will be edited to the best of our ability. Attire for the class is listed below. Yes, we have a dress code for the class to ensure that
our Hip Hop program's image is clean and pure and not degrading to the art form in which the dancers are participating.
General Rules
Absolutely no boy friends or girl friends are allowed to hang out at the studio during class. The dancers are at the studio to learn. No visitors will be allowed unless they are approved by the studio director Miss Cindy. This means none. Absolutely no food, gum or drinks are allowed in the dance studio area. The cups in the bathroom are for you to get a drink of water if you must. No cell phones. You are to be respectful to the instructor at all times. No back talk. No trash talk or cursing will be tolerated.
Attire for Class
All dancers male and female are to wear loose fitting pants or capris (NO low riders). No short shorts, halter tops or tube tops. Bermuda shorts are okay (NO low riders). All girls' tops must have securely sewn straps. All dancers male and
female must wear proper undergarments. All dancers are to wear sneakers, and you must wear socks- no footies or tennis socks. No vulgar sayings on anything that is worn to class. All dancers male and female must wear hair secured back from face. Absolutely no jewelry allowed (this includes hoops and body jewelry).
If you choose not to follow the above rules and guidelines, you will be dismissed from the class and no refund or adjustments will be made.
There are no refunds or make-up classes. There are no credits made toward a subsequent session. Call the studio for reservations and prices and for details on days and times
