Christy McNair our newest addition to the studio as the Hip-Hop teacher.
About Christy McNair:
Christie started dancing at the age of 5 when she studied tap, jazz and ballet at Karen Gibson School of Dance in Laurinburg, NC. She continued learning and performing with Karen Gibson for 8 years. Once Christie moved to Georgia, she danced with Miss Cindy, Terrance 'Taps' Bennett, and the George O. McCalep dance Ministry. Currently, Christie is a choreographer of the George O. McCalep dance Ministry, co-director of the 'Wee Praisers' Children's Dance Ministry, and freelance choreographer/performer. Her dance styles: Hip-Hop, Liturgical, Interpretive Dance, Tap, Ballet, Jazz.
To her credit, Christie has performed at the Festival of Trees, Duluth Fall Festival, Norcross Fall Festival, other festivals, weddings, plays and other events across Georgia.
Hip-Hop Schedules:
A Summer session will begin the week of June 1st. Call the studio for reservations and prices on either session, Check Rules and Regulation on this web site for other information.

Will be here sooner than you think: announcing the Summer Dance Fever 2009 begins week of June 1st:

Adult Jazz and Tap - 45 minutes  
Pre-Dance III - 45 minutes (Student must be 3 years old and potty trained)  
Tap/Ballet Combo (4 years old and up)
Jazz/Ballet Combo - 1.15 hrs (Students must be 7 years old by June 1st or entering 2nd grade) 
Ballet only and/or Private Classes/Hip-Hop 8-12 and 13 and up (call studio for more information).

... And also:
Adult classes are still open for new dancers: Mondays 7:30 - 8:15 PM for intermediate advanced tap, 8:15 - 9 PM for ballet and Thursdays 7:45 - 8:30 for Jazz (with a lot of toning and stretching). Think about it as "Jazz Boot Camp".
